Workshop (Online or Offline)
Not only Larry Fink, CEO of one of the world's largest investment fund BlackRock, wants companies to apply environmental, social and governance practices. Also Gen Z and Millennials are the most outspoken and demaning generations in that regard, studies show. More so, they want leaders and brands to be responsible about the future and the planet based on the United Nations #GlobalGoals2030.
Innovative companies understand how strategy, sustainability, innovation and talent are interlinked for growth and lead already the way forward. They adopted sustainable practices AND built on top to attract young, digital talent and to innovate in their industries.

I’m a German-born, international citizen. I’m a 12-time award-winning strategist, SDGs advocate, advisor, educator, entrepreneur and a Renaissance Woman with a “science & art mindset”.
My first strategy work in 2007 was destined to turn Steve Jobs into a fan of my client’s product, and in 2008 I turned MAN Trucks & Bus into the first international company that publicly introduced smart city living, electric cars and energy-efficient transportation as we start to implement only today.
Influenced by my upbringing in sustainability leader Germany, “profit – purpose – positive impact” and #StakeholderCapitalism have always been at the heart of my work. Over the years I directly helped executives of big international corporations, technology founders and investors worldwide to be at the forefront of their industries, to create new, sustainable value, increase revenue by millions or to lead with a strong vision.
And as entrepreneur and investor, I'm actively involved in technology innovations as well as in sustainability, science and impact investing, connected through a worldwide network.
